I am writing simply to say "Thank You!" for all of your help and support these past few months, as I journeyed through the bankruptcy process. It took just about all of the strength and energy that I had to make that initial office visit, as so many strong emotions were swirling through me! But after my first visit, I left with such a positive attitude and feeling of confidence. As I look back over the first visit, the thing that stands out most clearly is how I was treated. I was treated with respect, with dignity, and with professionalism. I was never lectured nor belittled nor made to feel shameful or categorized as a 'loser'. I cannot express what an impact this professional and respectful approach had on me! If there were any other way out of my financial hardship, I would have chosen it, but there wasn't. I am very grateful for the professional expertise that you brought to my case, but much more importantly to me, I am extremely grateful for the dignity that you brought, as you walked with me through the bankruptcy process.
